4 jalapeno peppers
1-ounce tuna, packed in water
1-ounce cream cheese softened
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp chopped dill pickles
1 green onion, green part sliced only
- Turn on the oven, then set it to 400 degrees F and let it preheat.
- Prepare the peppers and for this, cut each pepper in half lengthwise and
remove seeds and stem.
- Take a small bowl, place tuna in it, add remaining ingredients except for
cheeses, and then stir until combined.
- Spoon tuna mixture into peppers, sprinkle cheeses on top, and then bake
for 7 to 10 minutes until cheese has turned golden brown.
