Tuna Melt Jalapeno Peppers

4 jalapeno peppers
1-ounce tuna, packed in water
1-ounce cream cheese softened
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp chopped dill pickles
1 green onion, green part sliced only

  1. Turn on the oven, then set it to 400 degrees F and let it preheat.
  2. Prepare the peppers and for this, cut each pepper in half lengthwise and
    remove seeds and stem.
  3. Take a small bowl, place tuna in it, add remaining ingredients except for
    cheeses, and then stir until combined.
  4. Spoon tuna mixture into peppers, sprinkle cheeses on top, and then bake
    for 7 to 10 minutes until cheese has turned golden brown.
  5. Serve.
