Fish and Egg Plate

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter, unsalted
2 pacific whitening fillets
½ oz. chopped lettuce
1 scallion, chopped
Seasoning:
3 tbsp. avocado oil
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
Directions:

  1. Cook the eggs and for this, take a frying pan, place it over medium
    heat, add butter and when it melts, crack the egg in the pan and cook
    for 2 to 3 minutes until fried to desired liking.
  2. Transfer fried egg to a plate and then cook the remaining egg in the
    same manner.
  3. Meanwhile, season fish fillets with ¼ tsp each of salt and black
    pepper.
  4. When eggs have fried, sprinkle salt and black pepper on them, then
    add 1 tbsp. oil into the frying pan, add fillets and cook for 4 minutes
    per side until thoroughly cooked.
  5. When done, distribute fillets to the plate, add lettuce and scallion,
    drizzle with remaining oil, and then serve
