
Cheesy Garlic Bread with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
4 tbsp. almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
1 egg
2 oz. salmon, cut into thin sliced
Seasoning:
1 tbsp. butter, unsalted
¼ tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Take a heatproof bowl, place all the ingredients in it except for cheese and
then stir by using a fork until well combined. - Fold in cheese until just mixed and then microwave for 1 minute at high
heat setting until thoroughly cooked, else continue cooking for another 15
to 30 seconds. - When done, lift out the bread, cool it for 5 minutes and then cut it into
slices. - Top each slice with salmon and then serve straight away
