Cauliflower Pizza


Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

1 cauliflower
½ cup grated mozzarella
1 organic egg
1 cup white ham
1 cup mozzarella
4 tbsp of tomato sauce
½ cup grated cheese
1 tsp. oregano

  1. Cut the cauliflower head into small florets
  2. Grate the cauliflower; the heat it for 4 minutes in the microwave
  3. Fluff the cauliflower with a fork
  4. Mix the egg and grated cheese with drained cauliflower until you
    obtain the dough
  5. Spread the obtained mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and
    bake at 400°F until golden brown for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish your pizza with olive and capers and
  7. It’s ready
  8. Cut the pizza; then divide the portions between 2 containers and
    store it in the refrigerator for 2 days
