2 fillets of mahi-mahi
2 strips of bacon
½ of lime, zested
4 basil leaves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp. avocado oil
- Turn on the oven, then set it to 375 degrees F and let them preheat.
- Meanwhile, season fillets with salt and black pepper, top each fillet with 2
basil leaves, sprinkle with lime zest, wrap with a bacon strip and secure
with a toothpick if needed.
- Take a medium skillet pan, place it over medium-high heat, add oil and
when hot, place prepared fillets in it and cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer pan into the oven and bake the fish for 5 to 7 minutes until
